- Maximum TWO Accepted Abstracts per Full Delegate (one oral and one poster or two posters) per FULL REGISTRATION
- One accepted Abstract per Student (Student Registration)

Instructions for Poster Preparation:
If your presentation during the conference will be a POSTER, note that: The POSTER SIZE must be: max. A1 size (594 mm x 841 mm) in Portrait. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of two meters (six feet). Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available.
Please remove your poster at the conclusion of the session.
The Conference Organisation will not be responsible for posters that are not removed.
INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT:
- Download the abstract template by clicking here
- Clearly state the contact details (e-mail, affiliation, country) of the presenting author
- Indicate your preference on the mode of presentation (Oral or Poster)
- State the TOPIC for which you would like your abstract to be considered for presentation.
Submit your abstract (with the above details clearly mentioned in the accompanying email) to abstracts@mpa-meeting.com by 15 March 2012
